Exchange and Return of Goods

If the size doesn’t fit, you missed the mark with a gift, or you simply want to exchange/return the item. You have 14 days from the date of order to exchange or return the item, it must be unworn and unwashed.   

EXCHANGE OF GOODS

For exchange, simply create a new order, specify in the notes that it is an exchange, and prepare the original order along with the Exchange Form for dispatch.

When the courier delivers the new order, there will be a label inside with the return address, simply attach it to the original package and hand it over to the courier. As soon as we receive the package back, we will refund you. For assurance, please also provide us with the order numbers of the new and original orders at info@nbdc.store.     

RETURN OF GOODS

When returning goods, you can choose whether to refund the same amount as was in the order to your account, OR A GIFT VOUCHER FOR FURTHER PURCHASES. Simply send us the package along with the Return Form FOR FREE via Packeta, or by registered mail to the address:

*Under no circumstances send goods cash on delivery. Such a package will not be accepted, unnecessarily delaying the process of exchanging/returning goods.

***For hygiene reasons, we do not exchange or accept returns of underwear.

WHY DO I HAVE TO ORDER THE GOODS AGAIN FOR AN EXCHANGE? 

This ensures that the new item reaches you sooner than if we had to wait for the package you’re sending for exchange. We will of course refund you for the original order. I SENT A PACKAGE FOR RETURN, WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK? 

We will usually send you the money back within 4-8 days from the moment the package arrives to us. You can check if the package is with us using the tracking number on the Packeta website or the courier company through which you sent us the package. IN WHAT CONDITION MUST THE GOODS BE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE? 

The goods must be unused, in the case of textiles, unwashed, with all tags and similar, to be capable of further sale. 

I BOUGHT THE GOODS AS A GIFT MORE THAN 14 DAYS AGO, CAN THEY BE EXCHANGED? 

We understand that some people shop for Christmas gifts in the summer :). In this case, please contact us at info@nbdc.store.  In such a case, proceed as you would for an exchange.
